I was asked to manage the product launch of a new BMW Motorrad model within the heritage segment of the motorcycling world. The BMW R nineT Scrambler was a new segment to BMW's current model range and it was vital any marketing material was clearly targeted to meet the new customer segment whilst still appealing to their already established market share. An added challenge I faced within this launch was to support the retailer network to successfully launch the product both online and offline through a series of Retailer launch events.
